Job Readiness: Grooming Men for Job Interviews

We prepare re-entry to put their best foot forward in their job readiness search. On May 5, 2023, we hosted free haircuts for the community at Do or Dye Salon in downtown Aurora. We provided box lunches and gave 15 free haircuts to men to prepare them for upcoming job interviews. We also instituted free haircuts every 4th Tuesday between the months of June to August.

We plan to host this initiative again in 2024. We will include haircuts for the youths of the individuals we serve.

.

Transform your revenue-generating, social responsibility, and procurement efforts into a powerful force for social change. Support our efforts to give more re-entry citizens a second chance at employment.
